About the project
Born from real experiences and built from the ground up, Hot Drop was created to give people a choice that actually delivers when alcohol isn’t on the cards. Founder, Alannah, felt that too many non-alcoholic options were overly sugary, forgettable “mocktails,” while many functional drinks have unfamiliar flavours and live in the grab-and-go section.
We helped Alannah brand and position Hotdrop with an identity that is equal parts sophisticated, functional wellness and classic cocktail culture. This is not an alternative to alcohol it is a choice in its own right. Launching with three classic flavour varietals, Margarita, Italian Classic, and Dark & Spicy, Hotdrops functional benefits include the natural adaptogens Lion’s Mane, Reishi and Ashwagandha. The clean bold identity had given Hotdrop a distinctive presence within the rapidly growing functional beverage market.
